Quick Body Magic question

Hi all,

Don't know if anyone can help, but I'm currently working towards my Silver body magic and have a question. It says to get Silver you have to do 3 x 30mins or 6 x 15mins a week for 4 weeks. Are you allowed to mix it up a bit? For example, do 2 x 30mins and 2 x 15mins during the week.

Just wondering because on the days when I work all day I sometimes only find time to fit in 15mins or so, but then when its my days off I can do the full 30mins.
