quick easy stir fry

Had this for tea last night and thought i'd share as quick easy and very tasty.

Pack of Asda stir fry with edamame beans
150g Iceland ready cooked diced chicken, defrosted
2-3 laughing cow light. Hea
Hot pepper sauce.

Spray pan with fry light, add cheese and hot pepper sauce till starts to melt, add chicken then stir fry mix. Takes about 4-5 mins and tastes fab. I sometimes add a dash of water to mix to spread the sauce.

Had this on ee due to the beans.

Asda stir frys are 3 for £2.50. Brilliant

Well just had chicken stir fry using the crunchy pack which has beansprouts, carrots, Chinese leaf, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, green cabbage, pepper and red onion. All superfree veg and added soy sauce as well. Delicious. You can leave out the laughing cow but I enjoy the creamy taste to it.
