    Hi all

I have just boiled a 1.2kg Gammon joint for 35 minutes, does it now have to go in the oven or is it cooked now ready to eat?

Is there any signs to look out for for undercooked Gammon?

If your roasting u would do for 30 mins per 500g. I never boil mine I always roast it. If your boiling it you need 20 mins per 450g +20mins so 35 mins isnt enough.
