quick question about HEB...

I haven't had my HEB today just because I didn't get round to it. Now it's getting on and i'm pretty full after a massive tea. I have had some fibre- peas earlier and lots of veg with tea, but nothing off the official list.

So, do I eat an alpen light bar and some fruit even though i'm not hungry or shall I just leave it? I feel like this is a pretty obvious answer, but I'm worried about not following the diet to a 't'. Fankyou!
 
I'm sure not having your HEX will be fine, but prob not recommended on a daily level :D
 
Thankyou everyone for your replies. I think that is where I was getting confused- couldn't get my head round whether HEX'x are integral to losses or not xx

They are integral to the plan, and will improve your losses, but missing one days won't hurt occasionally. Just don't make a habit of it!
