Am i right in saying you can do a different plan each day?? Only i have just read somewhere that you should stick to the plan for the whole week. Ive had a green day today and was gonna have ee day tomoz???

You can def change plans daily have as many green red we days as u like. Only thing u can do is change plans half way through the day
