Just cooking my dinner and left my book at home having a green day
having a jacket potatoe
cottage cheese (extra low fat less than 1%)
and chicken,
How much cooked chicken am i allowed and is cottage cheese a free food?!?
its my first day back on the plan..and im visiting my mum and left the book in sheffield.!!

Oh is it!? I've always had 113g of chicken full stop, dot com! Oh well, something to cut down on when my losses slow down!

Yep the book says raw and cooked weight so I have to watch when I am in a rush as have gotten it wrong before too
