    hi peeps!

So I am doing 810 and on my second week ( so far so good:) I have had 3 sachets today and not feeling particularly hungry and too lazy to think about making dinner (also a little late). Do I stick with just 3 sachets or do I have 4 instead of the meal ?( this would also mean i would be one sachet down for later in the week)

    Please advise
    Many thanks
    S xoxo

    Hi Hon,
I am on SS+, so don't really know what's on the 810 plan. I often have an extra sachet or tetra instead of the SS+ meal, especially if I'm out and about, or if I'm at work. I'm sure it would be ok for you to do so. Hope that helps. :)

Your meal on 810 will be higher in calories than the meal you had when doing SS+.

On 810 you really do need to have a larger meal and not an extra pack, because the pack won't fill the calorie requirements you need.
