I'm on 2nd week of ss and fell off the track alittle so wondered if I have to restart the principles again, e.g no flavourings etc etc?

Chat this over with your CDC as if you are in ketosis still you may be fine to continue otherwise might be worth dropping back to full SS to get back into ketosis quickly.
You might be ok, if the bars are the peanut or cranberry then the carb is the same as a sachet (nearly) so you should be ok, but check this over with your CDC.
