    Hi where as everyone gone this site seems really quiet lately not many posts, replies etc. I thought it would be buzzing with people on VLCD for the summer.

    It does seem especially quiet this weekend. Maybe people are off enjoying themselves leaving us lonely few. I've been cleaning, cooking (not even for me) and doing the work accounts so this is my respite!

    Well I've not fallen off the wagon this week but then I did over Easter so can understand the temptation.

    I did too... I think a lot of ppl cheat around Easter because it seems like we have an excuse. Fact is there is never any excuse.... But I couldn't help myself lol

    I was one of the lucky ones though I didn't have the disheartening weight gain post Easter. So that at least means I was somewhat restrained.

    Me to wash, iron, housecleaning day just finished 6.30 pm and knackered now. Time for next shake and a long sit down.

    The flat is looking quite sparkly. But I'm not sure I've drunk enough water!

    No didn't drink enough water yesterday went to have a lie down at 7.30pm last nite and stayed their till this am lol
    didn't have my last pack either naughty.

    Hey guys i agree its really quiet....mind you i am only on my second day today......God knows how im gonna do this but im sure gonna try!

    So so hard when everyone around you eats everything possible and looks amazing when i dont!!!

    Drink some water or green tea and distract yourself. You just need to get through the first week.

    yeah i know....having my second shake at the moment then pushing forward....gonna go swimming later to discract myself!!!

    that and try and make things for my wedding!! I have a baby shower saturday...dont know how im going to manage :(

    Yesterday I didn't have my 4 shakes only 3 starving today and afraid had all my 4 shakes for today, not sure wether to have yesterday's shake tonite not sure if I can last till tomorrow. Why did I have them all silly me.
