A quick question for the experts please

Is Quinoa (Keen Wah) allowed on Dukan?

the book is silent on the issue which makes me think it's not BUT although it is a vegetable it is almost 100% protein and very low carbohydrate.

This was permitted early on in LL RTM (when still v low carbs) which makes me think it should be suitable on this plan.

Anyone had any experience?

I have been thinking about this as I love Quinoa. However on the List in the book Dukan says he has not left anything out so if it's no there it's not allowed. I was planning on having it in consolidation rather than pasta or rice as I prefer it anyway.
