Fry quorn chicken style pieces in a little fry light
add Chinese 5 spice, garlic, ginger and chilli
fry for a couple of mins and then add veg stock
after 5-8mins add mushrooms, beansprouts and peppers.
at 10 minutes add pak choi and dry noodles
15 minutes - ready!
