just found my substitute low syn fix for chicken dippers!! Quorn chicken style dippers in crispy batter - 0.5 syns each (compared to 1.5 for normal ones). had 6 with hexb weight watchers petit pains made into garlic bread with fry light and garlic salt and a huge salad. Lovely afternoon snack all for 3 syns
