wow! love this list, thanks! it doesn't have the chicken tikka though I think it's just launched, it's a frozen ready meal, 260 calories but a lot of that would be rice, i'm going to guess about 9 syns even though there's a 1syn for every 20 calories rule it's mainly quorn and rice so i can't imagine 13 would be right. Thanks Kwise though i'm gutted now about the pies being 16 1/2 syns! was going to pick them up too, glad i didn't!

i can't afford membership at the mo , just doing sw from what info i can get (bad i know, but i have to save 5grand for college in september!). If i give you the nutritional info would you be able to look it up? Sorry for asking it's just everytime i go to my freezer they're there tempting me!
