Quorn frozen sausages

Hi everyone,
I have done a search and a lot of people say the quorn frozen sausages (box of 6) are 1 syn each, however the pack says they are 64 calories each, so wouldn't that make them roughly 3 1/2 syns each? Can anyone help me out i'm very confused.

You have not taken into account the free food allowance they get because quorn is a syn free food. When there is a free food allowance the 20 calorie rule doesn't work
