Quorn Kievs

S: 12st5lb G: 8st13lb
2 quorn fillets
1 deli-light onion square
1 vegetable stock cube
1 nimble

Defrost quorn fillets.
Slice through thickest part to make pocket (bit fiddly)
Mix garlic granules with deli light square and stuff half in each fillet.
Make stoke cube with small amount of hot water to form thin paste.
Spread on fillets with brush.
Blitz one nimble into breadcrumbs.
Add salt, pepper, onion granules, italian herbs. Blitz.
Roll/pat fillets with breadcrumbs.
Spray tray/fillets with frylight.
Bake in oven for 20ish mins.

That sounds absolutely brilliant - is it incredibly fiddly to get the cheese mix inside each fillet? Anyway will have a go.
