Quorn mince??

Hi everyone, need some advice on ss+...
I ither have chicken cucumber and lettuce or egg and salad but I'm getting bored of the same old food! I'm quite fussy too!
What can I make with quorum mince? Can I make burgers etc ??

All ideas welcome x

Maybe meatballs or a kind of meat loaf mixed with chopped mushrooms and spring onions with salad? Not much help lol cant really think of anything else xx
