Hi all.

When i first started SW about 6 months ago, i was told by my consultant that quorn meatballs had as much as 9 syns in them.

Ive seen on other posts that they are free? just wondering if anyone knows the actual syn value of a bag of quorn swedish meatballs!!??

Italian Style Balls, 280g pack, frozen, 100g Free
Swedish Style Balls, 300g pack, frozen, 100g Free

just had these for my tea and thought I'd better check how much they were- really nice!!!
