If you like Quorn things then I have just been to Sainsbury's & they have some new Quorn ready to eat things in which are all syn free (we were told about them at class last night), they are:

Quorn cocktail sausages (not had these yet)
Tikka sliced fillets (having these now with some salad for lunch & they are nice)
Barbecue sliced fillets (will have thee tomorrow)

All are free on any plan

Thats not bad for the whole pack! Might get some of them.

The cocktail sausages, tikka sliced fillets and BBQ sliced fillets are all free and totally yummy!!

The fajita/tikka/BBQ fillets are a bit pricey at £2.49 for a small box. I'm going to make my own using quorn fillets and the appropriate seasoning.
