    This is not a WW recipe I have just put it through the recipe builder to get the points.

    Quorn and sweet potato curry

    • 1 pack quorn pieces
    • 1 medium onion(s), finely chopped
    • 2 tablespoon Curry Paste, (2 tablespoons equals 2.5 points or 0.5 points eac
    • 50 g cooked split red lentils
    • 1 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
    • 1 portion spinach
    • 4 tablespoon water
    • 1/2 can Blue Dragon Coconut Milk, Reduced-Fat
    • 1 tablespoon Marigold Health Foods Ltd Swiss Vegetable Bouillon Powder, dissolved in 200mls of boiling water

    In a large pan cook onion in fry light until soft, stir in paste. Add coconut milk, quorn, lentils, sweet potato and water and stock.
    Cover and heat until bubbling then simmer for 20 mins stir occasionally. Add spinach simmer for further minute
