I bought this ready meal today thinking it would be low syn but am worried as i read somewhere it is really high syns. But the posts were old and were for ready meals that include rice.

Anyone able to help me?

The pack is 400g and has no rice with it
Calories: 421
SUgar: 10g
Fat: 10g
Saturates: 4g
Salt: 1g

Sorry for the late reply but thankyou! I ended up giving it to a friend because I think it was so high in syns! Serves me right for trying to get ready meals!
