Race to get rid of this wobbly tum & bum!

Hi I'm starting again after a very naughty couple of months! I do red and green days, never extra easy as I'm not sure what that is! Will check in tomorrow with my food diary, all comments and suggestions welcome! X
 
Today's diary (been craving naughty food all day!!!)

GREEN DAY

BREAKFAST
2 wholemeal toast (HEXB) with butter (5 syns)

SNACK
Strawberries

LUNCH
Pasta with homemade sauce (onions, mushrooms, tomatoes and garlic) - free

SNACK
3 babybel lights (HEXA)

DINNER
2 poached eggs, WW chips (4 syns) and beans
