jubliee partying over had fantastic few days with friends and family ,

back to 100% this morning just keep on going we will get there in the end

have proberly put on, never mind had great few days though

back on my mission now
 
getting on with it now (no more parties untill im finished now)
day 1
breakfast - cupa tea , strawberry shake
lunch - cottage pie ,side salad, lettuce , cucumber, spring onion and washed down with a cupa tea
dinner - spicey spagbol side salad, lettuce, cucumber,spring onion , cupa tea
snack - lemon yoghurt bar and a cupa tea
water 2.5 litres of water

My first day restarting yesterday also good luck !!

I've restarted too after a 2 months break. Day2 for me here time to get on with the last phase of weight loss

Iv had a few weeks off sensibly eating but last week had a sts which prompted me to come back ..... What do you have to loose ?

I'm at 14,7 I'm on plan for 4 weeks then a break then mayb another 4 weeks and so on x

I started at 16.4 july 15.5 January and stopped at 12.1 beginning of April. Restarted yesterday at 12.9 and already lost 2lbs so at 12.7 today I got to admit I've been out clubbing and meals so much that the slight gain is rather good. My target is 10 - 10.7. So about 2 stone to lose.

I'm on this plan until target no breaks as it can be difficult to get back on track. Plus I'm in a hurry to get slim :)

I find this plan so flexible and easy and weight just falls off.

How are u finding it?
 
alots of us doing restart then
i have nearly 2 stone to lose
i love sns so nice love the foods and having the milk and veg
i have to have my cupa in the morning to start the day
heres to the next 4 wks and see where i am after that

I'm aiming to do this for 7 weeks hoping to have lost 28lbs by then :)
 
Hello I am also restarting this diet today. I need to do it this time. 3 rd time lucky eh. Good luck to you all
 
really good day 1 been 100% , it has gone fast today as i have been on here most of the day lol .
so many of us re-starting we can all do this

day 2
breakfast- porridge and cupa tea
lunch- veg soup , black coffee
dinner--chilli ,brocolli cupa tea
snack - truffa bar
water 2.5 water

feeling ok this morning
day 3
breakfast- porridge cupa tea
lunch banana shake with mouse mix cupa tea
dinner - macaroni cheese , leeks and cabbage, cupa tea

Usually day 3 is the hungry day but glad your sailing through it

Day 4 for me :)
