Does anyone know the syns in Rachel's organic fat free black currant yogurts. I have looked on sw but cant find it

If you are a group member you can enter the nutritional information into the syn calculator. Don't forget to include the free food allowance for the yoghurt. I don't think the Rachel's yoghurts are syn free but they will not be hugely high either.
