    Does this sound ok for my green day? Normally a red kind of gal but thought I would succumb to a carbs fest for 24hrs!!!!!

    Breakfast
    Oat so Simple (HEB)
    Semi Skimmed Milk (HEA)

    Mid Morning
    Shape Fuller For Longer Yog (V. Yum)!
    Banana

    Lunch
    Thee biggest plate of slimming world chips!
    Mushy Peas
    Toasted Asda Wholemeal pitta bread (HEB)
    Apple

    Dinner
    Big daddy portion of Pasta
    Tomato and Cheese Pasta Sauce - 140 cals for 1/2 jar (7 syns)
    28g cheese sprinkled on top (HEA)
    Melon

    Evening Snack
    French Fries - 83 cals (4 Syns)

    Total Syns: 11

    And I very full belly!!!!! :p
