I have decided to try and keep track of my food intake on here.
I follow green days, I find it easier.

B - 2 Weetabix (HEB), milk (HEA), Greek yogurt (2 syns)

Snack - banana

L - veggie crustless quiche, salad, 3 boiled eggs, cheese (HEA)

Snack - cereal bar (4 syns)

Dinner - rice and chunky Campbell soup (HEB)

L - jacket spud, backed beans, fat free Philadelphia ( is this free, maybe like Quark?)
Greek yogurt with fruit 2 syns

Snack - cereal bar 4 syns

D - chicken (HEB), cheese (HEA) veggies

Skinny cow ice-cream 2 syns
Yogurt 2 syns

Hoping to stay on track, I gained 1.5 lb this week, boo!
Back from holiday, I only gained 2.5lb. Not great, not bad.

Today's so far....

L - quoth chili, rice, yogurt (2 syns)

Snack - banana, pineapple

D - Quorn piece, courgette grilled with pesto (3 syns), jacket potato and fat free Philadelphia Cheese

Skinny girl margarita (2 syns), not very nice.

Will finish off the day with some strawberries

I also went to the gym, treadmill for 30 mins!!
