    hi i am Rana and i am new to this i have doing the cambridge diet for 3 weeks now and i have lost 1st 1pound. not bad but now i am finding it hard to keep to the diet as i am all ways feeling sleepy.:mad::confused::mad:

    Hi Rana, welcome to CD and well done on your fabulous loss so far. Which plan are you doing? If you are on SS then ketosis should not be making you feel sleepy. Are you drinking enough water - if I feel a bit tired another couple of glasses of water generally help me to feel a bit more lively. Are you exercising? If you are very active sometimes SS is not the right step for you as you shouldn't really be doing too much strenuous activity while on a vlcd. Perhaps your CDC could give you some more advice?

    Hope you keep going though because your results have been wonderful:)

    Rana, I feel the water for me keeps me feeling fresh ... I am not as far in as you though.

    I hope you can stick at it, a stone is a huge weight loss.

    hi and welcome! what an inspiration rana, one stone in 3 weeks wow. stick with it, it will get easier and if you are tired try having more water or one ss+ day??
