    Pears
    Tin Tomatoes
    Chicken Chow Mein
    Lean packet ham
    Cream Egg

    I said it was random :rolleyes:

    Hiya, right according to my books:

    Pear (medium 160g) - 1pt
    Tin Tomatos - 0pts
    Special chow mein (my eating out guide dosn't have chicken:confused:) - 7 1/2pts
    Ham - 1/2pt per slice
    Cream egg bar (book dosn't have the egg:sigh:)- 4 1/2pts
