rashes/spots

Does anyone suffer with skin problems while on CWP? My fingers are now swollen with lots of little red bumps that started about 3 weeks ago. I get them every time i diet. So i beginning to think it might be a deficiency or something. Ill be going to docs tomorrow as it hurts to bend my fingers now :'( x
