I'm on the eve of day 6 and rather excited about hitting the scales tomorrow
I've had a sneaky peek so I'm on target for a fairly good loss.
I just can't believe I've managed to get this far x

Once you get into ketosis it is so much easier. Gets easier as the weeks go on too.

So happy I make it though week 1 and was rewarded at the scales , 7lb off.
Now to get thru week two x
