Hi all, I am on a green day. Can anyone tell me what weight of raw king prawns i can have as a B Hex. Is it still the rule that if you find the syn value of meat/fish or shell fish you just have to deduct 6 syns to use it as you B Hex?? In my book it says 100g raw is 4 syns so can i have 150g which would make it 6 syn? Hope am making sense lol. Thanks

Sorry I misread your intial post. :ignore:

It's a bit daft that they don't have a weight allowance for raw, peeled prawns on there (I've had another look on the website for you). I would probably tweak and have the 150g as a HexB to be honest, but if you really don't want to do that could you bear to weigh the prawns once they've been cooked and give yourself the 125g?

Thanks for you replies Sally. Am gonna go with the 150g when raw cos i cant stant my food going cold and also i would be more tempted to pop the odd one in my mouth lol.
