Induction Raw onion

Any one else noticed a bloated feeling after eating raw onion. Had some in a salad other day and next morning I looked 9 months preggers !

Hiya, I don't think you should be having onion on induction that's what I was told, salad onions are ok but not too many x

I thought I could have them but in moderation ? Oh well , won't be having them again and had spring onions tonight

Just not on induction I think after induction you can start adding them, xx

Yes... Spring onions are absolutely fine in moderation
