    I am on day 2 and thought I was doing okay til now. We can do it!!! I am now focussing on the following countdown:

    4 days to 1st weigh-in
    11 days to 2nd weigh in
    18 days to 3rd weigh-in
    19 days to refeed
    26 days to my holidays
    43 days to restart!!

    Hiya Rawdiva! I found day 5 hard too - was absolutely shattered and felt like I had the flu - but woke up on day 6 much happier - so hang in there, babe! You've done the hardest bit now - only a couple of days before your first weigh-in. :D

    Stay strong folks. Up and down days will come and go but one thing is certain, the weight will keep dropping off at about a stone a month. Your first weigh in will really spur you on. So keep at it, you will do this!!!!
