Looks great so far! How much do you want to lose?

I may double check the 'weight watchers fromage fraise' tomorrow as I've been counting them as 1 not 1/2. I hope your right as I'll have extra syns :)

Hi, i have so much to lose what i would like to lose seems so far away so i am just aiming for 1/2 a stone at a time and it seems more managable!! I have just checked syns online again and it is definatley 1/2 a syn for the WW layred fromage frais in every flavour, so you will have extras now!! x

That's a good idea to set targets as it won't seem like such a big mission! I never told people I was on a diet and still havent really as I didn't want people asking about it! What annoyed me when I started is I lost 1 and a half stone and no one noticed, I wore the same clothes and felt the same about myself! Then as soon as I hit 2 stone lots people began saying I looked like I lost weight. I didn't think half a stone made much difference but apparently it does :) so its a good target to set!

your meal plans are looking good! It really helps to write it all down, helps motivate me knowing that people can see what I'm eating every day!

I have a mega chocolate craving today though :( Might eat too many Mikado sticks than I had planned!

Thanks Rachel, i have been so good but it isin't showing on my scales at home so is making me feel disheartned :sigh:. I hope it shows by WI on thursday. I am having a lazy tea tonight as my eldest has a club tonight and the kids are having tea from the freezer so we will too. I love chocolate too but trying to stay away as once i have a taste i want more! :p I will have a look at your diary now. Enjoy your Mikado sticks! x
 
Hey, diary looking good - im the same with chocolate, am just better off not having any. Although I do tend to use my healthy extras on choc flavour creal bars :D

my mikado sticks were yummy, they just don't last long enough!

Aw don't feel disheartened... Some weeks weight just doesn't shift and then the next week you'll find you've lost a good few lbs! I'm naughty, I get on the scales every blooming day, I know I shouldn't! So when I see the next day that I still weigh the same I feel annoyed, even though it doesn't work like that! I need to get the OH to lock them away!

I'm sure you'll do great for your weigh in! :)
