Re-joining today

Hello

I'm rejoining today. I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant with my 4th and I weigh 20 stone. I have lost 6lbs since being pregnant due to not being able to eat much before I'm full.

During one my scan, the Dr noticed that I had PCOS which would explain why I find it hard to lose weight when I come off of red days, so I will be sticking to them. I'm looking forward to being slimmer when I give birth this time, rather than having gained another couple of stone.

Thanks for your lovely replies ladies! I'm looking forward to tonight. I know that pregnancy normally gives you an excuse to indulge, but I don't think that I can afford to do that.

I'm going to be doing EE to begin with, but only eating brown rice and pasta, so that should keep the carbs down!

Yes you stick to the same plan. It's only when breastfeeding that you follow a slightly different one.

that's really interesting. and can you expect to lose weekly? it's funny to think you could go full term and weigh less than when you started! haha! it's really good though, i bet it really helps with being healthy for you and the baby too?
