    now just trying to eat sensibly
    Here I go again on week 9 (ha ha ) First two weeks were excellent then I just messed about, enjoying a shake in the morning and enjoying lots of biscuits, cakes, sweets etc for the rest of the day. But enough is enough I have decided to attack this diet 100% so from now on hopefully I will be posting great weight losses every week. Glad to see that some of you are doing really well. Keep up the good work.:eek:
