Re-staring my reverse CC diet plan after being poorly :-(

Hi,

So after a couple of successful weeks doing my RCC i became poorly so had to take a few weeks off. I am now better and am re starting on Monday :) i havent been eating too badly lately but have been eating at wrong times and not been very active at all :-(

So my plan.....im having 1300-1500 cals a day but will be eating them like this...

9am - 500 cals - higest carb meal but still low fat
11am - 100 cal snack ie fruit
1pm - 400 cals - low carb/fat meal
3pm - 100 cal snack ie low fat yoghurt
5pm - 300 cal meal - no carbs
7pm - 100 cal snack - fruit/yoghurt

then if im exercising, il have an extra 100 cals on each main meal and keep snacks as they are.

Its logical when i think about it and i was never hungry on it as your eating every 2 hours and keeping your cals, fat and carbs when u need it most :D drink lots of water and keep active and going to watch me melt away :D

i definately think this is my dream plan :D
 
u should try slimming world so u can eat loads woooo and still lose weight every week:eek:
still, it looks like ur plan is sensible, eating frequently is good cos otherwise the hunger gets too much!

i have tried SW in the past but didnt understand it properly really, found it confusing. i love my RCC plan anyway, it seemed to be working for me but it was too hard to follow in hospital so not been on it until im all ok, which i am now thankfully. im going shopping tmrw ready for a new start...roll on monday :)
