On a mission for boobs!

Well, some of you may or may not remember me. I did slim and save for a few months at the beginning of the year when I switched from Cambridge. Needless to say, all dieting went out the window and now I'm definitely starting back after Christmas as I'm bulging out of a size 18 and not happy.
Anyway, I deviate. On Cambridge, I was taking 3 packs a day, and its been so long since i did s&s that I cant remember if I'm allowed to only do 3 packs a day on this diet, without having a meal, or if it has to be 4?
