Hi everyone.. This is my 3rd attempt at sw. I had my 3rd child in dec 2011 and from having him i have just been piling on the weight terribly. I went out today clothes shopping to find that i have went up a size in clothes. It just floored me... Devestated. So made the decision i need to sort my diet out. Hoping to get the extra support in here with you lovely people x
The final straw for me was also my clothes getting uncomfortably tight - I refuse to buy and more so I'd better lose some weight!
