re-starting today

Hi, I've previously tried Cd a few weeks ago and after 2 n half days gave up, 3 days worth of thinking about it and I restarted only to give up again after day5. reason - well this is a stupid diet and I can do it on my own!! yeah rite! so after eating absolute rubbish again and looking at the rolls of fat plonked nicely round my waist I am determined that if everyone else can do it then why WHY why can't I? I find weekends soooooo hard so decided if I can get through the first couple of days during a weekend then I'm hopefully going to be ok :patback:
I don't know about anyone else but I've found that the food I crave doesn't taste that great anyway and believe me I've tried to cram as much of the stuff in my mouth.
So today is the day and I just know that with this support of this forum I will get through it.
Do you think a diary will help? maybe joining a team as I feel that I need THAT kick up the backside. :grouphugg:

morning tracey... my 1st day today aswel on restart... had the porridge but i dont like it! forced 3/4's of it down but FORCED is the word lol...

i was the same as you, messed about the 1st time and gave up at every hurdle. so if i can get through the weekend then i know i can do it!!

I like the porridge with some nutmeg or cinnamon, it does taste a bit rank on its own.
I do find the water a struggle to get down but I am gonna give it 100% let me know how you get on :D good luck

just wanted to wish you luck on your restart hun.
i know how you feel with the stopping and starting,i just think that i keep stopping as i thought that id never eat again,but once i told myself that this was not the case and i actually will eat again my brain started to cop on and co-operate with me for a change.
it can be done and yes you too can do it,drink loads of water and post very,very often,

good luck tracey.......i find my weekends off difficult too, is it just me or is everyone always eating????? Hmmmm actually that used to be me too!!! hahaha.......keep with it, i've struggled second time round but alas i think it's clicked!!!!! xxxxxxxxxx

Good luck with your restart Tracey. I find that keeping a diary really helps me because it makes me re-examine my motivation every day and it's great to see it getting longer and longer because I know that the longer it gets the closer it is to my goal! Stay strong and think how fab you'll look by Christmas xx

good luck! I am restarting today too! looks like it's a good day for it! We can do this! We can lose a good couple of stone till christmas and it will be sooooooooooo worth it - so I am just about to have my first shake of the day and think I'll have porridge for dinner and tea! (I LOVE IT!!!!).

good luck hon - everyone seems to find restarting massively hard. there is a thread somewhere that says something about the first time you do it you have one kind of motivation that the next time doesnt work and advises you how to 'get your head in gear' i'll have a look and let you know where i find it!
