Hi every one! i did SS around august last year and lost about 4 stone in 11 weeks, had a "weekend off" and could not start again! i piled it all back on again within 6 months because i was using the im starting on Monday line and eating takeaways all that weekend, Monday would come and i would put it off until the next week! this literally happened for a good 3 months! ..... anyway after a crappy year and my bf ending things with me i am sick of feeling sorry for myself and plan to start again and commit to it! i was doing weight watchers until a couple of weeks ago but have decided i want to do this again! i have about 2 weeks worth of shakes so wont be going to a cd counsellor until they are gone! i weighed myself on boots scales on 14/9/12 ....
Weight 17st 10lb
Height 5' 8.
BMI 37.6
AND MOST DISGUSTINGLY 45.5 % BODY FAT!!!

to see how i get on this week i have weighed myself on my dodgy scales and i am 18st .

Excited to get started and this site was a great help last time!! :):):)
 
Your story sounds just like my life !!! I have done the same for past year , but I made it through day one I have to do this now or never !

ahh well done!! :)i always find the first day the hardest! for 2 weeks solid i had a shake for breakfast and lunch then would come home from work and eat everything i could get my hands on!!

Hang in there until day 3 or 4 when the hunger stops lol!! :) good luck! now or never! x

I was in bed for 8 oclock last night so didnt eat! ha!

I am feeling better today leass bloated and a bit skinnier! ha! Cant wait for weigh in Monday!

I restarted last week, after doing weigh watchers and messing about losing/gaining the same 2lbs each week. i have 2 stone to lose I'm 5'8.

I got to day 5 last week, hunger stopped, did no socialising and kept busy with massage, walks etc then dunno what happened on Monday I self sabotaged big time, felt crap and today at weigh in had only lost 4lbs.

also need to take it a day at a time, so day 1 starts again tomorrow.. maybe we can all keep each other motivated..

Of course you can, well done on restarting, I am exactly the same sick of myself! ha! Today is day 5 for me, planning on staying in this weekend as I am having a birthday party next Froday so stayinng 100% should be easy (as easy as it can be) this week as long as I get through today in work, one of the girls is leaving so its buffet day :( and its tough!!

How much have you lost? When did you initially start? Restarts are the hardest and I am determined for this to be my last!!

Hi I am also in a similar boat. Would like to lose a stone ! Been on ss+/810 for week now (since last Monday ) was chuffed with first weight this morning lost 9lbs! If I can do it so can everyone else :)))

Hi all! I did Cambridge from jan - march this year and lost about 90% of the weight I wanted to. I had too many social engagements coming up so I had to stop about 2 weeks off target with the attention of restarting soon after but of course that didn't happen! Over the course of 9 months I've gained just over a stone so I finally started again yesterday. Not the best time to do so with all the Xmas parties! Planning to do 2 weeks minimum on ss+ followed by a couple of weeks of 1000 plan. I Don't feel too bad yet just have the general feeling of hunger and food craving! Hopefully I can get through it.. I agree minimins was a huge help last time!
 
Sounds like a good plan that's the sort of thing I will end up doing too
