I lost about a stone this time last year doing EE and I thought I had hit a plateau for the last 6-8 months. Thing is if I'm really honest with myself, it's just complacency! I've been saving up all my weekly syns (ish) and pigging out on chocolate muffins, choc bars, breads & cakes on the weekend & then wonder why slimming world stopped working!! Definitely more syns over the 2 days & 3 night weekends than I even "saved"!!!
Has anyone else "saved up" syns to consume more naughty foods on weekends? If so, does it ever work?
