I am doing the exercise and eating very clean but weight not shifting. Couple of weeks ago I had a bad couple of days, put on 2 lbs and cannot shift it. I am so desperate to reach 3 stone loss.

How are you doing. Did you have a good xmas and new year.

Loss to date = 39 lbs

I am really happy to lose 3 lbs this week. Hope it is not ever going back on again. 3 lbs away from 3 stone. That is my target for next week.
B - Banana pancake stacked with cottage cheese, apple, mango and tsp caramel (3 syns)
