L /D- Corned beef cake, a couple of small pieces of salmon, salad (leaves, Red pepper, carrot, cue, radish, sweetcorn, salad sauce (1))
S - Kiwi, pear, pkt lentil curl (4.5), white choc lemon (7)
Fluids - Large black coffee, 4 passion flower tea
Exercise - 10 km exercise bikes

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 180.5 lbs (12s 12.5 lbs)
Loss to date = 42.5 lbs

Lost 2.5 lbs this week and hit 3 stone. Now need to concentrate to lose the last stone to get to target.
One day a week I allow myself to eat anything so I don't go off rails for the rest of the week. Tosay I had some cake & biscuits
B - Omelete made with butter, ham slices, WM toast
L/D -Salmon salad (leaves, Red pepper, carrot, sweetcorn, salad sauce (2))
S - Piece of fruit pie, carmael & hazelnut biscuits, nuts (?syns - not imortant today), clementines
Fluids - 7 egg cup tea
Exercise - 1 hr bodytone, 6,000 steps

I am fine thank you. Went away for a few days and seem to hav eput on dispite walking a lot and not eating much. Hey ho, I have to work harder this week to lose it again.
You are doing well with your food. Don't worry if you fall off plan a couple of days. That is life and we cannot be 100% all the time.
