Reaching Target in 2020

Day 365 Saturday 27th April 2019
It is exactly a year since I have been on the plan. I don't know how much I weigh since my last WI as I am away at the moment. Hopefully I have lost more and at worst STS.
B - cheese on WM toast with tsp honey
L - Homous sandwich, salad (leaves, cue, tom, lemon juice, olive oil)
D - Stirfry (garlic, ginger, chili, cashew, chick peas, soy sauce, broccoli, mushroom, peppers, sugar snap, asparagus, purple top), rice, chili sauce
S -
Fluids - 4 ginger tea, 6 black coffee, 2 turmeric tea
Exercise - 6,800 steps

How are you doing?
I have just started losing again.
Popped into the co-op as decided I wanted s bread roll. (I don't usually have bread) they only had one kind with pumpkin seeds on. I have just checked the syns 12.1/2 would you believe.
 
Day 366 Sunday 28th April 2019
B - Bacon, scrambled egg, 2 sub-roll, cranberry cheese, plum jam
L - Salad (spinach, beetroot, cue, quinoa, edamen beans), drizzle of salad sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, wholemeal wrap
D - leftover from ast night, WM cranberry & pumpkin seeds bread, cheese
S - nuts, 2 boiled seeets
Fluids - 3 Lemon drizzle tea, 2 black coffee, 2 ginger tea, turmeric tea, choc orange tea
Exercise - 14,000 steps

I have just started losing again.

Well done for starting back again. You've done really well in the past.
I know the rolls are really high in syns but from time to time I have it.

L - Jacket potato, brie, bacon, cranberry sauce, salad (leaves, tom, balsamic glaze)
D - Salad (spinach, pepper, tom, cue, pepper, radish, beetroot, olive oil, apple cider vinegar)
S - Dark bounty (7), satsumes
Fluids - 4 turmeric tea, 3 black tea, 2 black coffee
Exercise - 18,500 steps

D - Sweet potato & parsnip casserole (leek, butter beans, sweet potato, parsnip, spices, olive oil), Rice & quinoa, corn on the cob
S - Nuts, 4 florentine (10), Double ice cream cone (?)
Fluids - 6 Tumeric tea, 2 black coffee
Exercise -12,500 steps

Hi you have done really well, I had reached a plateau for a while, but had losses the last 2 weeks so going in right direction again.
Excellent that you are doing well again. Keep up the good work.

I have not weighed myself for the past couple of weeks as I have had visitors and not allowed to do any exercise at the moment - apart from walking (which I had done plenty). I WI tomorrow and aim to lose around 7lbs by 15th May (if possible).

S - Apple, blueberries, banana
Fluids - 8 roobis melon tea, 2 black tea, 2 black coffee
Exercise - 13,000 steps

Finally, I managed to get myself weighed. I have STS which I am happy about. Now concentrating on losing some more.

L - Sweet potato & chickpea casserole (onion, garlic, ginger, courgette, sweet potato, potato, chickpeas, mixed spice), salad (leaves, mint, red cabbage, pepper, tom, cue, courgette, apple cider vinegar, oilve oil, salad sauce)
D -
S - Apples, Muller corner Museli (7.5)
Fluids -2 black coffee, 3 berry tea
Exercise - 5,500 steps

B - Tom, Red pepper, eggs, baked beans, tbs olive oil, Yog with dried fruits with a sprinkle of chia seeds and coconut sugar
L - Chickpea & sweet potato casserole (onion, garlic, courgette, sweet potato, chickpeas, courgette, potato, spices), salad (leaves, basil, tom, cue, Red pepper, olives, Red cabbage, radish, salad sauce)
D -Same asluch minus the salad
S - Tropical mix & nuts, grapes, apple, nectarin, 2 biscuits, 2 muller corners.
Fluids -3 orange biscuit tea, 5 Pina colada tea, 1/2 L lemonade (fizzy water with sugar free squash)
Exercise - None
Not a good day for me as I have been home and bored so stuffed my face. Tomorrow I make sure to get out of the house and walk.

Fluids - 7 choc tea

L - Mistrone soup
D - Stir-fry (garlic, ginger, Red pepper, broccoli spears, spinach, TBS oil, soy sauce)
S - Clementines, 2 biscuits, tropical mix
Fluids - 3 Lime & lemongrass tea, 3 fruit tea, 2 black tea, 1/2 L fizzy water
Exercise - No walking today due to heavy rain

L - Aubergin & lamb casserole with salad(leaves, basil, olives, beetroot, Red cabbage, Red pepper, radish, tom, cue, drizzle of salad sauce)
D - Remainder of Aubergin & lamb casserole with Coconut & lemongrass rice
S - Nuts, 5 biscuits (could not help it as have had a tiring week)
Fluids - 3 fruit tea, 1L lemonade (fizzy water with squash)
Exercise - 10,000 steps
