L - Cheese sandwich, lots of nuts & dried apricots.
S - Watermelon, Quinoa bits (4.5)
Fluids - Black coffee, 4 Lime & lemongrass tea
Exercise -13,000 steps

Day 381 Monday 13th May 2019
B - Cottage cheese with sprinkle of chia seeds, apple, banana
L - Tuna salad (leaves, spinach, basil. tom, cue, radish, red pepper, beetroot, olives, salad sauce)
S - Pkt humous crisps (4.5), chocolate (23). oh my god. What is happening to me I keeep eating wrong food instead of having proper meals.
Fluids - 4 Lime & lemongrass tea,6 winter tea, apples, strawberries, blueberries
Exercise - 13,000 steps

Seem to be doing ok. Except 14 pears in 2 days.
Scales don't like it but at least none left
If you fancied pears then you must have it.
I have not been very good for the past few days. My body wants nuts for some reason. Instead of dinner I ate nuts & dried apricots. Have to get back to healthy eating tomorrow.

L - Chili with salad (leaves, spinach, mint, basil, tom, cue, Yellow pepper, olives, salad sauce)
S -Apple
Fluids - 2 spiced tea, 1 L water with mint & cucumber
Exercise -21,500 steps

Banana and cottage cheese. That will go lovely on my scan bran. Mmmm
I find it very feeling and substantial. Love cottage cheese but a friend calls it "the devils food" - I am not a hard cheese lover.

Current weight - 167 lbs (11s 13 lbs)
Loss to date =56 lbs

Put on 1/2 lb this week. I did not eat properly last week.
Disasterous day as I was not feeling well
Exercise - 11,500 steps

Thanks. I try to do as much walking as possible and use my car less - I have not used the car for the past couple of months and almost walked everywhere.. I am lucky that I live opposite an open space and can walk there or walk to town - it takes me 30-40 minutes (down the hill and then back up the hill with a little bit of flat in the middle).

What does yur bracelet do (is it a pedometer). I downloaded an app on my phone. It is very easy to use.

I have a pile of salmon in my freezer and been having it as a dinner with greens and potatoes but the idea of it with salad sounds and looks great, I am going to give it a try, will not look as good as yours but as long as it is satisfying and SW friendly I am up for it. Will reiterate your food looks gorgeous!!!!
