Reaching Target in 2020

Well I've lost weight this week not sure how much but only going to get excited after a month as I have so much fluid in my body I bet lol

Well done for losing weight.
I find the more I drunk water & herbal tea, the more weight I lose as the toxins in my body is disposed of by going to the loo. I avoid anything with artificial sugar in as it clings onto everything you eat and does not allow toxins to leave your body - artificial sugar is toxin (chemicals).
Also at the moment my weight loss is slower because I am not eating enough salads & fruits for my body to work harder and burn calories - my appetite is suppressed.

Congratulations!What are you lowering yr target to? How do you decide when you are the right weight for maintaining?

Lowered my target to 11st. Now lets see how I get on.
B - cottage cheese with sprinkle of chia seeds on WM toast, nectarine, clementine
L - Tuna salad (leaves, spinach, mint, radish, cue, carrot, lemon juice), WM toast
D - Aubergine curry (onion, tomato, lamb, aubergine), with rice & salad (leaves, spinach, mint, coriander)
S -pkt crisps, nectarine
Fluids - 4 black tea
Exercise -1,800 steps

B - Cottage cheese sprinked with chia seeds, WM toast, kiwi, nectarine
L - Veg pate in pitta with salad (leaves, spinach, mint, coriander, cue, radish, sweet corn, Red cabbage), soup
D - Kedigree (onion, green beans, tom, tbs butter) with salad
S -Nectarine, apple, banana, pkt crisps, blackberries
Fluids -Hot water, 4 black tea,
Exercise -2,000 steps

B - Mushroom & eggs on WM toast, strawberries, blueberries, tbs butter
L - Veg pate (chick peas, onion, white beans, tom, potato) in pitta and salad (leaves, spinach, Red cabbage, sweet corn, cue, tom, carrot, mint, lemon juice)
D - Veg soup (onion, potato, carrot, green beans, asparagus, mushroom, tbs butter)
S -pkt crisps, peach, strawberries, a few nuts, home made blackberry jam with yog
Fluids - Hot water, 4 large tea
Exercise -4,800 steps
