L - Vegetable & beans soup (onion, garlic, ginger, potato, carrot, broccoli, sugar snaps, green beans, Red kidney beans, 1/2 chicken stock cube, seasoning)
D -Brown cheese on a slice of WM bread
S - Sharon fruit, Mango
Fluids - 4 hotwater
Exercise -3,800 steps

B - Frosty fruit bowl (frozen fruit, banana, yog, home made jam with sprinkle of buckwheat & fruit/seeds)
D - Warm chicken (garlic, ginger, tbs butter) salad (leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, olives), 2xWM bread
S - Houmus crisps, grapes
Fluids - 2x Glass of water, 3 jasmine tea
Exercise - 9,600 steps

D - Chicken sandwich on 2xWM bread with salad (leaves, cue, tom, olives, beetroot, mayo)
S -2 small chocolate bars, pkt lentil curls, 4 walnuts
Fluids -3 Jasmine tea, 3 fruit tea, 3 black tea, large glass of water
Exercise - 4,000 steps
