S - Here is the naughty bit- share of Easter egg filled with lemon liquor & fruits. No more eating today

Day 713 Monday 13th April 2020
B - No breakfast as I am full up from yesterday's indulgence. Not sure what to do as despite doing exercise everyday, my middle bit is still fatty and sticking out like a sore thumb.
L - Salmon & ginger cake, salad (leaves, coriander, cue, Tom, carrot, olives, beetroot, salad sauce)
D - Veg & lamb curry with rice
S - Apple, clementines, boiled sweet, strawberries
Fluids - 3 Black coconut coffee, 4 black tea
Exercise - 30 km exercise bike, 3,700 steps

L - Lettuce parcels (mince beef, tom puree, onion, mushroi, carrot) with salad ( cue, tom, carrots, beetroot, olives)

Day 718 Saturday 18th April 2020
B - Breakfast nuggets (oat, prune, apricot, seeds, banana) - didn't eat full portion. Made 3 portions as I had the oven on, but they taste better when they are freshly baked.
L - Roast chicken ( has 2 legs as I was hungry), mixed veg, baked potatoes
D - Roast chicken
S - Clementines, 1/2 kitkat (5), apple
Fluids - 4 Black tea, 3 large glasses of water
Exercise - 5,000 steps, 20 km exercise bike

B - Fruit with yog and Ruhbarb & ginger compote, breakfast nuggets
L - Corned beef & sweet potato flafals ( sweet potato, corned beef, peas and coriander), salad (lettuce, coriander, cue, tom, Red cabbage, pepper, carrot, olives, beetroot). The was yummy & I will make them again
D -Corned beef, sweetcorn, coriander & mint sandwich with a dash of salad sauce
S - Fig, tbs seeds, mango, clementines, 1/2 kitkat
Fluids - 2 black coconut coffee, 4 black tea, 2 herbal tea, large glass of water
Exercise -10,000 steps, 20 km exercise bike

Day 720 Monday 20th April 2020
B - Fruits with 4 tsp rhubarb & ginger jam, yog and topped with chia seeds
L - Chicken Kiev ( tbs butter, parsley & chives), mini roast potatoes, salad (leaves, mint, spearmint, coriander, cue, peppers, radish, olives, beetroot)
D - Oat & fruit bites, Soreen loaf (didn't like it - waste of syns), soft cheese & spearmint on WM toast
S - Fig, 4 dates, apple
Fluids - 5 Black tea, herbal tea
Exercise - 5,000 steps, 10 km exercise bike

Went shopping and found some Easter eggs reduced. They come with bars or bags of chocolates. Bought a few as they workout much cheaper than buying normal chocolates. they should make me going for the next few months.

Nowadays, I find that I need something sweet from time to time so in those times I either have a small bar of choc or break and weigh the Easter egg to fit in with my normal allowance.

D - Cottage cheese & potato salad (lettuce, mint, coriander, carrot, peppers, radish, olives, beetroot, salad sauce).
S - 6 dates, grapes, clementine, 2 bars of chocolates
Fluids - 2 Black tea, 2 herbal tea, 2 large glass of water, 2 Black coconut coffee
Exercise - 4,000 steps
It has been a real stressful day and I have not had time to cook so been eating rubbish.

B -Cottage cheese and home made blood orange jam on WM toast, sprinkled with chia seeds, apple
L - onion & cheese omelette with salad ( lettuce, cue, peppers, carrot, beetroot, mint, coriander, salad sauce), tbs butter. Burnt the omelette but it was perfectly edible.
D -
S - Apple, pkt hand cooked crisps
Fluids -4 Black tea, large glass of water, 2 Black coconut coffee
Exercise - 16,000 steps

Loss to date =62 lbs


I STS again this week, despite upping my exercise and eating 2 meals most days and consuming a lot of tea/coffee/water. I want to eat more salad to force my body to work hard and burn the stagnant fat but my tummy can't take it - if I eat more then I feel bloated and my tummy hurts.
B - Sliced potato and fried egg, tbs butter, few drops of chili sauce, cottage cheese, 2 Soreen banana loaf (mini)
Off Plan rest of the day
Fluids -
Exercise -6,000 steps

I am back to normal after being disappointed with STS and going off plan yesterday. Had a good talking to myself and decided not to be so hard on myself.
L - pieces of steak cooked in tbs butter, salad (leaves, mint, tom, cue, beetroot, pepper), mango
D - bowl of Red cabbage, carrot, tom & cue
S - Apple
Fluids - 5 Black tea, 2L of water
Exercise - 8,300 steps, 20 km exercise bike

I managed to lose 3lbs of the weight I have put on. This week, I need to be good to lose the rest and more.
Put on a dress and can't believe how well it fits me. I am really happy now.

L - Finally had the jacket potato that I had promised myself & it was delicious. Filled with cottage cheese & accompanied by a large salad ( leaves, Tim, cue, radish, beetroot, olives, home made coleslaw (red cabbage, carrot & dressing of yog & balsamic)
D - Crispbread with cheese
S - 2 Thornton chocs, pkt pea snacks, melon, apple
Fluids - 4 black tea, herbal tea
Exercise - 4,300 steps, 20 km exercise bike

You did it and wow! That jacket and salad look FANTASTIC!! 😋🥗 I love the idea of cutting the potato like that. I will do that next time I have one. Thanks!

Believe me it was a bad day. I was so stressed as I could not get hold of my parents and a few other things went wrong. Normally, I am quite calm and take care of everything but not locating my parents was something out of this world - specially at the moment. I had 2 bars of chocolate and 12 ryvitas with light soft cheese - did not even enjoy them. after I finally when i spoke to my parents, I felt so exhausted and went to bed but could not sleep.

This morning, everything is back to normal and my positivity is back. Already been for a walk, had a healthy breakfast, checked on my neighbours and getting on with some work.
 
Day 725 Saturday 25th April 2020
After STS this week, I decided to change a few things with my eating plan and see how I get on. I am going to be eating between 14:00-19:00. Although I prepare each meal in whole, I take my time to eat over 2-3 hours to avoid overloading my tummy and bloating.

L - Beef curry, rice & salad (leaves, mint, pepper, cue, tom, beetroot)
D - Cheese & blood orange sandwich, bowl of fruits (apple, banana, strawberries, Clementine garnished with mint leaves)
S - Apple, strawberries, boiled sweet
Fluids - 3 Black tea, 2.5 L water
Exercise - 10,200 steps, 20 km exercise bike.
Since the lockdown I have been going for short walks, but as I live by an open space and everyone is observing the social distancing, I have decided to go for a walk of 10,000 or more per day as long as it is sunny. On rainy days I will increase exercise bike km.

Day 726 Sunday 26th April 2020
I am fasting in my own way. Eating window 5 hrs a day but I can drink black tea/coffee and water anytime.
Today, I put on a pair of trousers and it was far too big, but I did not have another pair suitable for this lovely weather. I rummaged through the wardrobe and came across a pair that were too small for me a couple of months ago but I decided to try them on anyway. It fit me perfectly. It made my day happy and positive. I can do it, I can get to my goal soon.

L - spag bol (Onion, garlic, mince beef, peas, chard, carrot, broccoli, tom, puree), salad (leaves, mint, cue, tom, carrot, beetroot, pepper), strawberries
D - cheese sandwich, fruits with yog, rhubarb jam & seeds
S - boiled sweet, apple
Fluids - 4 Black tea, 1L water
Exercise - 10,000 steps. Giving myself a break from exercise bike today
