Reaching Target in 2020

I’ve actually thought about changing to calorie counting for a couple of weeks for a change, must be something in the air!
Yes. I don't mind counting the calories for a while but don't like to plan before hand. Normally, I just eat when I am hungry & whatever, I can make. Normally probably, I have 300-400 calories more than I am doing now. Just thought try and see if I can shift more weight as my losses are very slow or non-existant at the moment.

Thanks @Strawberry Madness . I am just lazy using any app. Also it is the restriction I am not happy with. That was the reason that I followed SW as I did not have to count calories.
I agree it dose get tiring tracking everything however to me it’s like I can eat anything just got to log it.

My mum uses weightwatchers for the point system but really it’s all about how you feel and what works best for yourself x

Have you ever watched My 600lbs life. I keep watching it and remind myself that I don't want to put on weight ever again.

I am going to start my exercise bike again soon.

Your food today looks so tasty! The kebabs are always tempting for me, they look so yummy.
Have you still got the box for the brownies? I'd like to get some too, love saving money me! I did the shopping tonight and there was so much meat and fish reduced in Lidl, the freezer is packed, for the next 2 weeks :) Good luck tomorrow!

Yes I will take a picture of it for you tomorrow as I left it in the car - not that I was tempted to eat more of them but I could not be bothered to carry all the shopping upstairs.
Even fibre one was £1.49 which is half the price of supermarkets.
That is good that you got lots of bargains in Lidl.

Yeah I watch that definitely puts it into perspective on what can happen if we do spiral out of control. Then it’s the denial that builds up. It’s really sad to see some of them and get mad at others when you know they don’t care.

Day 792 - Wednesday 1st July 2020

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 156 lbs (11s 2 lbs)
Loss to date =67 lbs

Well I lost 3 lbs this week. Well don't know if that is strictly true as I could not understand how I had put on 2 lbs last week. Was it water retention or something else. anyway, the important thing is that I am moving in the right direction now.

B -Contiental breakfast (ham, cottage cheese with seeds, egg, sweet bun, cherries) -(350)
L - Chicken & salad sauce ciabatta (sundried tomato), pink egg and beetroot (560)
D - Garlic sausage roll & homus & carrots (500)
S -Brownie (90)
F - 2 black tea
E -8,000 steps
Total Calories = 1,500
Didn't mean to have that dinner but I was travelling and by the time I got to the shops all the salads were gone - the only ones left were pasta & cheese which were too high calorie.

The kebabs are nice but too fatty for me - I grilled them & then put on kitchen towel to get rid of excess fat. Will attempt to make my own.
Here is the Brownies I bought from B&M for £1
Apparently they have fibre one too for £1.45 (other places £2.90).
I just bought those as I was hungry & needed something low & quick. Cannot go hungry for too long or I start binging (even on things I don't normally eat). Haha

Thanks @Ravenous were they about the same texture too?

I am like this too! That is why I normally have 5 meals a day. Keeps my "grabby hands" at bay. They don't discriminate and will stuff things into my mouth eg; the children's lunch (before they get it) along with anything that stays still for long enough really.

Yes. They were chocolaty but not too guye

Day 793 - Thursday 2nd July 2020
B - Half croissant, orange segments (300)
L - Roast chicken, carrots, fried potatoes (600). Stopped to see a friends and she asked me to stay for lunch. I refused gravey & stuffing & wanted boiled potatoes but she decided to fry them in lard. This was unexpected
D - Homous & garlic sausage roll, salad (leaves, cue, tom, beetroot, pepper)- (430)
S - Orange (60), nectarine (60), bun (220)
F- 3 black tea, 2 herbal tea
E -4,000 steps
Total Calories = 1,610
I feel sooooo hungry today and want to eat everything in sight. This is not good and I have to get back to my routine tomorrow.
Got a lot of gardening to do tomorrow (well for a long long time - it is like a jungle) so hopefully that keeps me busy and away from food. At the moment it is cloudy and drizzly so if it is like that tomorrow I might give water diet a try.

The kebab looks yummy! How did you make them? I like to make from fresh where I can and especially where I can save calories!
The weather has been horrible here all day, I hope it doesn't come to you tomorrow.
They were so easy to make
100gr mince beef 95% fat) - It made 2 kebabs (150 cals)
spices (pepper, garlic powder, chili), but you can add any spice you want
Massage meat & spices (not too much or the meat goes tough) and roll into sausage shape or pattie.
Cook in the oven 180 degrees for 10-15 .
Sprinkle with salt - if you add salt before cooking it shrinks them.

They are not as tender as shop bought ones because they don't have added fat.

Another version - add chorizo to the meat (count for calories)

I enjoyed them more than shop bought ones as I knew they were not fatty and grissley.- 2 kebabs were enough for me but you can have more as there is not that much calories in them.
