Reaching Target in 2020

Day 814 - Thursday 23rd July 2020
Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 152.5 lbs (10s 12.5 lbs)
Loss to date =70.5 lbs

STS this week which is fine as I cannot expect to be losing every week.

It is one of those days that from the waking moment, everything goes wrong and does not stop.

Ate most of my calories in the morning but have been good. Did not take pictures or logged my food.

Went for a walk early evening and most of the wheat is harvested now and hay stacks ready to be moved to storage - farmers were working all night. I think next week is peas.

E - 12,000 steps

Yes got it all sorted. Had to spend over 3 hours on the phone - if you want things done, do it yourself rather than relying on others. Went out for a long walk and just after I came back, I had an email that all is in order for the time being Obviously, I am more persuasive than I thought.Haha

Day 815 - Friday 24th July 2020
Rain has finally arrived. It is good for the garden as plants were looking very tired and droopy. Well, I will be working inside, cleaning the house and perhaps have some me time watching a film.
B - FF yogurt with home made jam and sprinkled with seeds (180), melon (120)
L - Jacket potato, egg & salad (lettuce, carrot, cue, tom, Red cabbage, beetroot, olives, salad sauce) - (385)
D - Cheese burger and salad (270)
S - Crepe (100), 3 mini chocs (120)
F - Black tea, Black coffee, 2L water
E -2,000 steps. Didn't go out as it was raining and very tired today
Total Calories = 1,175

Day 816 - Saturday 25th July 2020
Today, I am going to limit my calories for breakfast & lunch as have friends around for curry this evening. I cooked it myself using a curry paste. Had a taste and is delicious, so I am going to enjoy it.
L - Piece of fresh bread, tsp jam, 2 figs (200) - Bread was so fresh that I could not resist
D - Chicken & veg curry with rice & salad, a piece of bread (790).
Curry turned out to be really delicious. gave some to my friends to take home but have another portion left for tomorrow. My eating was quite controlled and I am pleased. however, I feel a bit bloated a bit - might have something to do with weather being so wet.
S - mini choc 940), 2 biscuits (70), Melon & watermelon (100)
F - Black coffee, black tea, 1L water
E - 5,000 steps. It was raining really bad here today so impossible to even get out of the house.
Total Calories =1,200

Enjoy the curry and company 🙂
Curry turned out to be dellliiisssshhhh. I could it Thursday and left in the fridge to settle. Everyone enjoyed it and had seconds. Also took some home. I have one more portion left for tomorrow.
We had heavy rain all day so no chance of going out but managed 5K steps at home. Weather forecast is good for tomorrow so hopefully, I get out and do some walking.

Day 817 - Sunday 26th July 2020
B - Yogurt with apricot, fig, jam and sprinkled with seeds (200)
L - leftover chicken & veg curry, rice & salad. It was more delicious today (600)
S - slice of bread (100), blackberries that I picked on my walk (100), apricot, fig & Nectarine (120)
F - Black coffee, 2 black tea
E - 11,000 steps. Had a good walk in the woods & found some juicy blackberries. Going to take a container and pick some tomorrow.

Day 818 - Monday 27th July 2020
B - Watermelon (100)
L - Vegetable soup (250).
My neighbour down the lane brought me some fresh veg & eggs so it was rude not to put them in a good use on a cold and rainy day like today. I thoroughly enjoyed it and warmed me up.
D - Cheese, pink egg, tomato & mint sandwich (400)
S - Melon (90), 1/2 pastry with nutella (260)
F - 2 black coffee, 4 herbal tea. Never got to drink my 2L water - well my excuse is that it was cold and rainy so drinking water would make me colder.
E -4,000 windy and rainy so no chance of walking.
Total Calories = 1,100

Day 819 - Tuesday 28th July 2020
I don't know what to think of my body. One day I feel so fat and bulgy and another day I look i the mirror and see that my skin on my abdomen is looser and I don't look too bad. Anyhow I don't think I have lost any weight this week.

Well yesterday, I didn't get to drink my 2L water as it was cold & raining. However, today is semi-cloudy and I have already filled up my bottle ready for drinking.
B - Chocolate mousse, nectarine, apricot and fig (200) - had choc mousse in the fridge so thought to use it.
L - Tuna sandwich & salad (530)
D - vegetable soup with cheese (260)
S - 1 Madeline (160)
F - Herbal tea, 3 black coffee, black tea, 2L water
E - 12,000 steps. Went for a walk down the road and picked 2kg of juicy blackberries.
Total Calories = 1,150

Day 820 - Wednesday 29th July 2020
At the moment all the locals have a lot of eggs so I have been given some. That means more pink eggs on the cards. Also Blackberries are plentiful but everyone ignores them. If I lived here all year then I would pick and freeze them for winter. Yesterday, I picked really juicy ones thatI made jam and squash with. That should get me through the winter months.
B - Chorizo, onion, baked beans, egg and cooked potato (440)
L -Cheeseburger & a massive salad (520)
S - 2 biscuits that I did not enjoy (70), small cake (110)
F - 2 Black coffee, 3L water, 2 herbal tea
E - 10,500 steps. I am going to miss these walks next week.

Lost 1.5 lbs this week. Next week, I am going to be using different scales at home so hope the result is consistent.
Just pondering about moving away from CC to see how I get on. Obviously, I keep the portion control but want to explore other ways and the balance.

B - 2 Almond croissants and baguette with cold meats. Normally, treat myself to something different on my last few days of holiday. The Almond croissants were rich & delicious.
Could not eat anything else for the rest of the day.
D - Burger with some cold meats. Felt hungry but did not fancy eating much so a quick & easy dinner
S - Melon, grapes
F - Black coffee, 2 L water
E -9,000 steps. It was too hot today 32. Went out at lunch-time and then tried to walk again in the evening when it got a bit cooler (10 p.m) but got attacked & bitten by some flies up the road so had to come back quickly.
Found these massive grapes today and could not resist buying them. Haha
Total Calories = Not sure but not important for today
